Label formed in 1998 by Ray Ogar. The name of the label was changed from Chillchill to Cetapath Recordings in late-2000/early-2001.

Many of the releases from Chillchill were given new catalgoue numbers and re-released on Cetapath Recordings; the rest of the albums were deleted.

Cetapath Recordings catalogue numbers follow the format: CR###.
Chillchill catalogue numbers follow the format: CE_##.

After a brief hiatus for most of 2007 and 2008, the Cetapath label re-emerged with seven new releases in 2009.
